You’ll get two inspections a year through this roof maintenance program, along with priority service in the event of a roofing emergency. Our roof inspection services can extend the lifespan of your roof by 50 percent and save you from costly catastrophic repairs by spotting and fixing problems early.

Services Received:

• Removing debris from the roof, the valley areas, and around flashings
• Inspecting for blisters, cracks, and seam separation
• Checking for proper adhesion, including fasteners
• Repairing minor potential roof leaks and re-securing loose tiles
• Refastening any materials that have been affected by wind Inspecting parapet wall flashing and refastening and resealing it as needed
• Resealing roof penetrations, including AC, curbs, and vent penetrations, as needed
• Inspecting accessories, such as satellite dishes, solar heaters, and antennas

• Clearing all drains, scuppers, and downspouts
• Repairing any small, noticeable potential roof leaks
• Checking the roof system for proper adhesion, including fasteners
• Refastening any materials that have become loose from the wind
• Inspecting the roof for blisters, cracks, and seam separation
• Inspecting, refastening and resealing parapet wall flashing, as needed
• Checking and resealing roof penetrations, such as those from plumbing, AC systems, and vents
• Inspecting roof accessories, including satellite dishes, antennas, solar heaters, etc.
• Providing an estimate for repairing any major damage uncovered
• Giving a timeline for repairing or replacing the roof, if needed, as well as a budget for future planning
