What to Expect when Working with The Original Roofing Company

Many little details go into the design and structure that makes your home yours. Our part in the plan is laying out a safe, beautiful roof over your head.

Throughout your experience with The Original Roofing Company we want you to feel as if you are part of our family. We look forward to serving your needs at a high level, and guaranteeing a communication based process.

In order to better understand the service we provide for your roofing needs, we wanted to take you through each step of the process when working with us.

Step 1 - Schedule An Appointment

The moment your call is received by our customer service department we will collect the information needed to set up an appointment with one our experienced professional estimators. Once an estimate has been scheduled you will immediately receive a confirmation date, and time. On the day of your appointment our estimator will evaluate your roof and do a thorough inspection, including taking pictures of the problem.  

Step 2 - Identify Problem/Offer Solution

The estimator will then determine the best solutions available and then explain those options in more detail.  Depending on the scope of work, the estimator may be able to provide a formal estimate immediately or may need more time.  If more time is needed,  the estimator should be able to provide a formal proposal within the next 24-48 hours.

Step 3 - Review Proposal

Upon receiving the proposal, the estimator will review the proposal in more detail and answer any other questions you may have.  If you decide to move forward with the project, the signed proposal must be sent back to your estimator in order for the job to be started.

Step 4 - Start Project

Our accounting department will receive the agreement, collect any deposit needed, and will create the project.   Within 48-72 hours, you will receive a call from our customer service department to schedule the project start date.  The day before the project starts, you can expect a call from our customer service department to confirm our crew’s arrival window.

On the project start day our crew will arrive within the appropriate arrival window and begin the roofing project.

Step 4 - Review & Complete Project

Once the job is completed, the project will then be handed off to our  customer service department. In order to ensure that the completed work is up to our job standards, our Quality Service Department will review the project and create a photo management report. Before and after pictures of the project with a details of the work will then be sent to you.

After completion, you can expect a follow up call from the estimator to gather feedback and address any remaining issues you may have.
